Job Description

  • Install electrical wiring, cables, conduits, and trunking
  • Install switches, sockets, lighting, and distribution boards
  • Read and interpret electrical drawings and layout plans
  • Perform electrical testing and commissioning
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults
  • Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance
  • Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and standards
  • Use proper tools and personal protective equipment (PPE)
  • Assist in installation of temporary power supply at site
  • Inspect electrical systems and identify defects
  • Replace or repair faulty electrical components
  • Maintain records of work completed and report issues
  • Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and other trades
  • Follow project schedule and complete tasks on time
