Job Summary
You will lead the operation and support of IT network and security infrastructure, ensuring continuous availability and optimal performance. This role requires proactive management and troubleshooting of critical network devices to support business continuity.
Responsibilities
- Provide operational support for IT network and security infrastructure to ensure uninterrupted service availability
- Manage and troubleshoot network and security devices including Firewalls (Checkpoint, Palo Alto), F5 Load Balancers, switches, and routers to maintain system integrity
- Install, configure, monitor, and upgrade LAN/WAN, wireless networks, and network access control systems to optimize network performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve network incidents and implement preventive measures to reduce downtime
- Communicate network status and incident resolution progress effectively to stakeholders
- Diagnose and resolve complex network and security issues promptly using advanced problem-solving skills
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- ITIL v3 Foundation certification
- CCNA or CCNP certification
- Hands-on experience with F5 and firewall technologies
