Job Summary
Provide Level 1 support and manage IT project implementations for core business applications. Deliver IT operations support including end-user device setup, network maintenance, and asset management to ensure seamless business continuity.
Responsibilities
- Deliver Level 1 support for core business systems to ensure operational stability for clients
- Manage change requests and support IT project implementation by gathering requirements, conducting System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and coordinating production deployment
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements for IT solutions
- Perform system troubleshooting and root cause analysis, coordinating with vendors to resolve issues efficiently
- Provide end-user support including onboarding/offboarding, device setup, and troubleshooting of PCs, printers, and mobile devices to maintain user productivity
- To support and maintain client's servers, wireless networks, LAN switches, and overall network connectivity to ensure reliable IT infrastructure
- Maintain accurate inventory records of IT assets and software licenses to support compliance and asset management
- Assist in IT processes, documentation, and compliance tracking to support operational governance
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Level 1 application support and software project implementation
- Good understanding of Microsoft 365 environment and Windows-based PC support
- Basic knowledge of LAN, WAN, networking concepts, and server environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and multitask
- Good written and verbal communication skills
