We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead the planning and execution of electrical engineering works across project phases. This role plays a critical part in ensuring technical excellence, regulatory compliance, and seamless site coordination within a multidisciplinary project environment.
You will work closely with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to deliver projects safely, efficiently, and to the highest technical standards.
Lead the planning, review, and execution of the electrical engineering scope in alignment with project objectives and technical specifications
Ensure compliance with local regulatory standards and industry best practices
Identify potential risks and propose mitigation strategies during project phases
Chair and participate in technical and site coordination meetings
Oversee site activities to ensure quality, safety, and timely progress
Resolve technical and operational issues efficiently to maintain project momentum
Work closely with consultants, contractors, project managers, and internal stakeholders
Provide technical clarification and ensure electrical requirements are accurately interpreted and implemented
Maintain strong communication to align deliverables with overall project milestones
Review and endorse technical submissions, drawings, and method statements
Prepare documentation for regulatory approvals and project sign-off
Ensure all engineering documentation meets compliance and audit requirements
Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in electrical engineering, preferably within construction, infrastructure, or industrial projects
Strong understanding of electrical design standards and local regulatory requirements
Proven experience in site coordination and contractor management
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
