Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced ICT Project / Product Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of digital systems that drive business transformation and operational excellence. This role requires a strong balance of project delivery, product thinking, stakeholder management, and strategic planning within a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of ICT systems, ensuring alignment with business goals, strategic priorities, and operational needs
- Develop and present compelling business cases aligned with corporate strategy and IT masterplans
- Define system roadmaps and execute procurement strategies to deliver optimal value for the organisation
- Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation to implementation, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards
- Develop detailed project plans, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies proactively
- Engage and manage stakeholders effectively, ensuring alignment and timely communication throughout the project lifecycle
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business, engineering, design, and vendors to deliver successful outcomes
- Champion a product-centric approach and agile delivery methodologies across projects
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, focusing on efficiency, innovation, and user-centric outcomes
- Conduct user engagement sessions and ensure solutions are designed with strong end-user focus
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in ICT project management or product delivery in a similar capacity
- Proven track record in delivering medium to large-scale software or digital transformation projects
- Strong experience in agile methodologies and product-centric delivery approaches
- Experience in business case development, project planning, procurement, and vendor management
- Familiarity with both low-code and high-code development environments
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior decision-makers
- Experience working in consulting, software development, or design environments is advantageous
- Prior exposure to co-sourcing delivery models and Singapore Government Technology Stack is a plus
