Electrical Project Manager (6 months contract, renewable)

Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end implementation of site-based initiatives, ensuring successful delivery from initial preparation to final handover while maintaining proper records and approvals

• Liaise with cross-functional departments, external specialists, and service providers to facilitate efficient execution of works

• Track project progress to ensure schedules, expenditure, deliverables, and workmanship standards are achieved

• Assist in enhancement, repair, and asset improvement activities related to facility systems and services, including power-related infrastructure

• Supervise vendors and subcontractors to ensure all activities meet operational expectations, technical standards, and legal guidelines

• Organise and manage work activities within an active operating environment, including planned service interruptions when necessary

• Examine engineering plans, schematics, and supporting documents to confirm consistency with operational and project goals

• Uphold workplace safety practices and ensure adherence to internal procedures and statutory regulations

• Compile and maintain progress reports, records, and project-related correspondence for management and stakeholders

• Attend project discussions and provide timely updates on milestones, risks, and ongoing activities

• Assist in budget tracking, change management, and contractual coordination when required

Requirements:

• Qualification in Electrical Engineering or related Mechanical/Electrical discipline

• At least 5 years of relevant experience overseeing engineering, infrastructure, or building-related projects
• Strong capability in understanding and interpreting electrical layouts, engineering documentation, and technical specifications
