Key Requirements
Minimum 5 years of relevant engineering experience
Strong hands-on troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Experience in research & development and technical evaluation
Able to interpret and implement client technical specifications
Strong technical knowledge with the ability to mentor and guide team members
Experience working with cross-functional teams and project coordination
