Sales & Customer Management
- Respond to customer enquiries (email, phone, website) within company SOP timelines
- Understand and qualify customer valve specifications - size, pressure class, material, standard, certification requirements
- Prepare and issue professional quotations using SGVALVES templates
- Follow up on quotations, manage negotiations, and close orders
- Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned customer accounts across Singapore and Southeast Asia
Technical & Sourcing
- Review and interpret technical specifications, engineering drawings, and international valve standards (API, BS, DIN, JIS, AWWA)
- Coordinate with the procurement team to source from our global manufacturer network (Tier 1, 2, and 3 suppliers)
- Evaluate supplier quotations for technical compliance, certification scope, lead time, and price
- Support the preparation of technical submittals, datasheets, and compliance documents
CRM & Administration
- Log all enquiries, quotations, orders, and customer interactions accurately and promptly in our CRM system
- Track order status from placement to delivery and proactively update customers
- Maintain up-to-date records of customer accounts, pricing history, and project pipelines
