Electrical Manager

Job Description:

• Ensure all electrical designs and tender submissions comply with project specifications, applicable standards, and relevant codes of practice
• Review and verify that all tender submissions are competitive, accurate, and cost-effective to maximize the company's chances of securing new projects
• Identify and optimize project opportunities through market competition and demand analysis, conduct price negotiations, and maintain strong relationships with consultants, building owners, architects, and developers
• Support the company's future growth by performing competitor analysis and market studies of suppliers, while preparing timely, accurate, and competitive tender pricing aligned with the organization's project development plans
• Lead and manage engineering teams and other electrical engineering staff, ensuring effective coordination, technical support, and successful project execution

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent qualification

• Preferably 4-6 years of relevant working experience in electrical engineering, project coordination, or tendering within the construction or engineering industry

• Strong understanding of electrical systems, engineering standards, and industry codes of practice

• Good analytical, communication, and coordination skills

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
