As an Electrical Manager, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Lead technical design development and cost estimation for the company's future projects.

• Provide comprehensive engineering support across all ongoing company projects.

• Ensure all designs and tender submissions comply with tender specifications, applicable standards, codes, and industry practices.

• Review and verify tender submissions to ensure cost competitiveness and effectiveness in securing new projects.

• Optimize project opportunities through market competition analysis, demand evaluation, and price negotiations, while maintaining strong relationships with consultants, building owners, architects, and developers.

• Drive future business growth through competitor analysis, supplier market studies, and the preparation of timely, accurate, and competitive tender pricing aligned with corporate project plans.

• Manage and oversee engineering teams and electrical engineering staff, ensuring effective coordination and performance.

Requirements:

• Possess a min Diploma / Degree Graduate in Electrical/Electronic Engineering with min 8 years of relevant working experience.
