Core Responsibilities
- Assembly & Construction: Interpret blueprints, schematics, and work orders to assemble electrical systems, sub-assemblies, and support structures using rivets, bolts, soldering, or micro-welding.
- Testing & Quality Control: Conduct functional tests on completed units to ensure they operate correctly. Inspect wiring and circuits for resistance or defects.
- Troubleshooting & Repair: Identify malfunctions, perform necessary adjustments, and replace faulty components to align with specifications.
- Documentation: Maintain device history records (DHRs), record test results, and update assembly progress using software like Microsoft Excel or Word.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Technical Proficiency: Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams and blueprints.
- Manual Skills: High level of fine motor skills for soldering, wiring, and operating hand/power tools (e.g., calipers, wrenches, pliers, screw guns).
- Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, ability to work independently or in a team, and effective communication skills
- Work mostly at night, Sunday & Holiday.
