Job Description

Assist in installing, testing, and commissioning electrical systems and equipment to support project completion
Perform basic maintenance, inspection, and troubleshooting tasks under supervision to ensure system functionality
Read and interpret simple electrical drawings and wiring diagrams to follow installation and repair instructions
Follow workplace safety standards and procedures to maintain a safe work environment
Maintain tools, equipment, and housekeeping at work sites to ensure operational readiness and safety
Record job activities accurately, report issues promptly, and escalate faults when necessary to support resolution
Collaborate closely with engineers, supervisors, and contractors on-site to coordinate work and ensure quality
Demonstrate a basic understanding of electrical systems and safety practices to perform tasks effectively
Show willingness to learn and participate in on-the-job training to develop skills and knowledge
Work effectively in a team and follow instructions to contribute to project success
Maintain physical fitness to perform on-site work in construction, plant, or facility environments
Perform preventive maintenance on electrical machines and equipment.
Use testing instruments such as multimeters, insulation testers, and calibration tools.
Monitor equipment performance and ensure systems operate safely and efficiently.
Prepare technical reports, maintenance records, and inspection documentation.
Ensure compliance with workplace safety procedures and electrical regulations.
Support installation, commissioning, and upgrading of electrical systems.
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and maintenance teams during projects.
Order or manage spare parts, tools, and electrical materials when needed.
