Electrical Engineer / Electrical Manager (Critical Power Solutions)

We are partnering with several reputable organizations across engineering, infrastructure, and technology sectors to hire experienced Electrical Engineers / Managers specializing in critical power systems. These opportunities span across facilities management, system integration, and new construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, review, and manage electrical systems for critical power applications (e.g. UPS, generators, LV/MV distribution systems)

• Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle - from design, installation, testing, to commissioning

• Support facilities operations & maintenance to ensure high system uptime and reliability

• Lead or participate in system integration works, including coordination with vendors and subcontractors

• Manage new build / construction projects, ensuring compliance with technical and safety standards

• Conduct troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions

• Ensure compliance with local regulations, codes, and industry standards

• Liaise with stakeholders including clients, consultants, and internal teams

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline

• Proven experience in critical power environments (e.g. data centers, healthcare, semiconductor, industrial facilities)

• Strong knowledge of:

  • UPS systems, backup generators, switchgear, and power distribution

  • Electrical design, protection systems, and commissioning processes

• Experience in facilities management, system integration, or construction projects

• Candidates with leadership experience may be considered for Managerial roles

• Familiarity with relevant standards and safety regulations

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments

Preferred Skills

• Experience in mission-critical environments such as data centers or high-tech facilities

• Project management experience or certifications

• Hands-on experience with testing & commissioning (T&C)

• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects concurrently
