- Coordinate Electrical works and services for building construction projects (M&E contractor environment)
- Plan, develop, and manage work schedules to ensure tasks are completed on time.
- Prepare progress reports for clients and project managers, detailing delays, defects, and necessary rectification measures for Electrical works
- Report on Electrical works progress and arrange site inspections with contractors, subcontractors, and clerk-of-works.
- Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations, striving for a zero-accident work environment and maintaining high housekeeping standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in the construction or M&E Contracting industry
- Diploma/NITEC in Electrical, Electronics or relevant engineering disciplin
- Basic knowledge of Project execution processes.
- Advanced knowledge of local code of practice of design implementation.
