CONTRACT QUANTITY SURVEYOR (M&E)

Responsibilities:

- Perform quantity take-offs for M&E services

- Source and evaluate quotations from M&E suppliers and subcontractors

- Manage variation orders (VO)

- Liaise closely with consultants, contractors, and suppliers

Requirements:

- ITE/ Diploma /Degree in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or related field

- Minimum 3 years of QS experience in M&E/building services projects will be added advantage

- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply

- Good understanding of HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, and fire protection works

- Good written and spoken English

- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently
