The Role:

We are looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Electrical Engineer to support electrical system design, construction management, and commissioning. You will work on diverse projects-from office upgrades to high-spec pharmaceutical plants-gaining exposure to both traditional electrical systems and industrial automation (BMS, GDS, DCS, fire alarm).

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in detailed electrical system design, shop drawing development, and construction management for renovation and new build projects.

Support system commissioning (electrical, BMS, GDS, DCS, fire alarm) and perform final settlement tasks.

Coordinate procurement, on-site installation, and testing of electrical and automation equipment.

Collaborate with project teams to ensure compliance with specifications, legislation, and industry best practices.

Troubleshoot electrical and control system issues using schematics, wiring diagrams, and test equipment.

Maintain work records, inspection protocols, and service reports.

Adhere to health, safety, and operational procedures at all times.

What You Bring (Your Profile):

Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Automation or Electrical Engineering).

Experience: 1-2 years in an electrical assistant or automation-related role (including internships/co-op).

Project Exposure: Experience in office building renovation projects (electrical detailing, construction management, commissioning, final accounts) OR pharmaceutical construction projects (BMS, GDS, DCS, fire alarm procurement/installation/commissioning).

Technical Skills: Basic understanding of BMS, GDS, DCS, fire alarm systems ability to read schematics and wiring diagrams familiarity with common electrical test equipment.

Soft Skills: Strong troubleshooting mindset, hands-on attitude, good communication, and ability to work with cross-functional teams (mechanical, warehouse, QC, project).

Language: Fluent in English (reading/writing technical documents) and Mandarin (for site coordination).
