Job Summary
Support project execution by preparing schedules, programming controllers, coordinating teams, and delivering training to ensure smooth automation and control system operations.
Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed installation schedules to ensure timely project execution
- Develop manpower charts, equipment lists, and engineering submittals to support project planning
- Create schematics, flowcharts, and programming documentation to guide system development
- Program controllers, sensor instrumentation, and third-party software to meet project specifications
- Design and prepare training materials and conduct training sessions for server operators
- Respond promptly to customer queries and requests to maintain high service standards
- Coordinate with factory and project teams on orders, logistics, services, and equipment calibration or repair
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support ongoing project success
- Deliver basic operation and maintenance training to customers for system usability
- Organize contractors meetings and site visits to facilitate project communication and progress
