Position: Senior Electrical Engineer
Location: Singapore
Key Responsibilities
- Support delivery of HV/EHV transmission and substation projects (66kV–400kV)
- Participate in design review, installation, testing, and commissioning of GIS, transformers, and shunt reactors
- Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth execution
- Supervise on-site activities including equipment installation, cable works, and system integration
- Assist in testing & commissioning and support system energisation
- Prepare and review technical documentation (method statements, test reports, as-built drawings)
- Ensure compliance with safety, QA/QC standards, and project specifications
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- 5–8 years of experience in HV/EHV transmission or substation projects
- Hands-on experience in 66kV and above (230kV preferred, 400kV highly advantageous)
- Experience in EPC or power infrastructure projects
- Exposure to GIS, transformers, and/or shunt reactors
- Willing to work in site-based, project deployment environments
- Strong coordination and communication skills
