We are partnering with a high-growth, well-capitalised digital infrastructure platform with an expanding presence across APAC. As the business continues to scale, there is a newly created opportunity for a Senior Legal Counsel to join the Singapore office, reporting directly to the Head of Legal.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal support across a broad range of corporate, commercial and project-related matters
- Lead and negotiate commercial agreements, including customer contracts, service agreements, and vendor arrangements
- Support project development activities, including land acquisition, construction (EPC), and infrastructure-related contracts
- Advise on real estate and data centre leasing arrangements
- Support M&A, joint ventures, and strategic investments where relevant
- Partner closely with internal stakeholders (commercial, operations, finance) to deliver practical, solutions-oriented advice
- Manage and coordinate with external counsel across multiple jurisdictions
Requirements
- Qualified lawyer with 8–10 years PQE
- Experience gained in-house and/or in private practice
- Relevant exposure to one or more of the following sectors - Digital infrastructure/data centres, Real estate, Construction / EPC, Energy/utilities
- Strong grounding in commercial contracts and/or project work
- Commercial mindset with the ability to balance legal risk and business objectives
- Comfortable operating in a dynamic, high-growth environment
