Design and deliver engaging, impactful learning experiences, collaborating closely with faculty and other key stakeholders
Create engaging and effective learning experience and work closely with faculty, and other stakeholders to design and implement innovative educational solutions that enhance learning and engagement.
Ensure that content aligns with learning objectives and academic standards by performing thorough content analysis.
Partner with course developers and technologists to integrate educational technologies and multimedia elements, designing online, hybrid, and in-person courses using best practices in pedagogy and andragogy.
Develop and design interactive learning content and experiences that meet educational goals and desired outcomes.
Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and revise content based on feedback before course deployment.
Stay informed about emerging technologies, educational trends, and developments in instructional design and e-learning.
Apply effective instructional strategies while integrating a wide range of educational technologies and tools.
Support the department in executing the annual work plan and implementing new initiatives
Requirements
Degree in instructional design, educational technology, curriculum development, or a related field.
5 years of experience in instructional design and curriculum development
Strong knowledge of pedagogical principles or relevant certifications (ACTA/ACLP/DACE is a plus).
Experience in the digital media or EdTech industry, developing and designing learning solutions.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
Team player with strong relationship-building skills.
