Job Responsibilities:

  • Greet students, parents, and visitors, providing accurate information on programmes and schedules
  • Handle enquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins professionally and promptly
  • Manage student enrolment, registration, and payment processing for courses
  • Maintain and update student records and administrative documentation
  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries to relevant personnel

Job Requirements:

  • Experience in customer service or administrative support preferred
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work on rotating shift schedules including weekends and evenings
