Job Description

Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

  • Handle over-the-counter transactions efficiently and accurately.
  • Assist customers with enquiries and ensure the Company's service standards are met for total customer satisfaction.
  • Prospect and introduce customers to the Bank's products and services.
  • Educate and migrate customers to use digital banking platforms.
  • Manage customer wait times and maintain service levels.
  • Handle customer complaints and manage negative feedback professionally.

Operations & Financial:

  • Perform all banking activities in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain customer confidence and protect bank operations by ensuring confidentiality of information.
  • Contribute to team efforts by achieving related results and supporting operational goals.
