What the role entails
The 10-month Associate Programme begins with a bootcamp that sets the foundation for success, before rotating you across multiple divisions. These rotations will expose you to different business functions, from client engagement to policy and strategy, and build a broad spectrum of professional skillsets.
As an Associate, you will:
Engage global businesses across industries such as advanced manufacturing, technology, FMCG and chemicals.
Develop insights into global market trends and economic opportunities.
Work alongside talented and collaborative colleagues who are passionate about securing Singapore's economic future.
Through these experiences, you will learn to navigate ambiguity, tackle complex challenges, and make meaningful contributions to Singapore's growth. In addition, as part of your development journey, all Associates will undergo foreign language training so that you get a head start in building up your global engagement capabilities.

Who are we looking for
We are seeking individuals who are purpose-driven and eager to make an impact, as well as those who thrive in dynamic environments. This programme is open to fresh graduates and professionals with less than 2 years of working experience (at the start of the programme in August 2026).

A degree in any discipline (no, you don't have to study Economics and we welcome STEM students too!)
Singapore Citizen/PR
Proficiency in a third language (e.g. Japanese, French, German, Bahasa Indonesia) would be advantageous for engaging international clients, but not mandatory.
