ARK Wealth Management Singapore is a MAS licensed independent wealth management firm serving high-net-worth clients across Asia. We specialise in cross-border wealth solutions, connecting Singapore's financial ecosystem with China onshore channels and global family office networks.

About the Role

We are looking for a driven, well-connected Ecosystem Development Executive/Manager to build and expand ARK's partner ecosystem in Singapore. You will engage local EAMs, IFAs, and brand consultants, bridge Singapore resources with China onshore channels, and lead ecosystem events that deepen engagement and drive conversion.

This role works extensively with Mandarin-speaking partners and clients across Singapore and China — business-level Mandarin is a genuine occupational requirement.

Key Responsibilities

Local Ecosystem Development

- Engage and develop partnerships with Singapore-based ecosystem players including EAMs, Brand Consultants, and IFAs

- Maintain and deepen partner relationships to ensure execution and ongoing collaboration

Cross-border Channel Enablement

- Liaise with Singapore ambassadors and representatives to enable collaboration projects with China onshore channels

- Facilitate two-way coordination between Singapore and China teams for seamless cross-border execution

Ecosystem Events & Operations

- Plan and execute ecosystem events including roundtables, roadshows, and online/offline sessions

- Drive post-event analysis and continuous improvement to increase ecosystem engagement and conversion

Qualifications

- Singapore Citizen or PR status (required)

- Bachelor's degree or above; 5+ years of relevant experience

- Business-level Mandarin is a genuine occupational requirement — this role works with Mandarin-speaking clients and partners across Singapore and China

- Strong execution, ownership, and stakeholder management; able to drive projects end-to-end independently

- Existing networks in Singapore (EAM/IFA/Family Office/professional services) or China onshore channels preferred

- Background in finance, wealth management, business development, or ecosystem operations preferred
