. Lead the development and delivery of the EAL curriculum, aligning with the Cambridge International Curriculum and school's ethos.

. Develop and implement lesson plans, learning materials and assessments that cater to varying levels of language proficiency.

. Regularly provide formative and summative assessments to monitor students progress.

. Collaborate with Junior School EAL teachers to ensure curriculum continuity and progression from Year 5 to Year 7.

. Provide guidance and support as a Form Tutor, promoting the personal and social development of students.

. Build positive relationships with parents, keeping them informed of their child's progress and addressing any concerns.

. Use innovative teaching methods and incorporate technology to enhance the learning experience.

. Foster an inclusive and stimulating classroom environment that caters to diverse learning needs, including EAL students.

. Engage in professional development and mentor colleagues to promote best practices in Mathematics education.
