Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations on TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Lazada
- Plan and execute platform campaigns and promotional activities
- Optimize product listings, keywords, and store performance
- Analyze platform data (traffic, conversion, ROI) and prepare reports
- Work with KOLs/creators and design teams on content marketing and ad campaigns
- Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and customer service to ensure smooth order fulfillment
- Provide insights and propose strategies to increase sales and brand visibility
Requirements
- Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident (PR)
- 1-2 years of e-commerce operations experience (TikTok, Shopee, Lazada)
- Familiar with platform rules, backend tools, and campaign setup
- Experience in digital advertising or influencer/KOL collaborations is a plus
- Strong analytical skills, able to work with numbers and make data-driven decisions
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin preferred (to liaise with regional teams and factories)
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: SGD 2,000 - 4,000 / month (depending on experience)
