E-Commerce & Growth Executive

Garden State is a fast-growing coffee distribution business in Singapore. We are looking for a hands-on and commercially minded E-Commerce & Growth Executive to support our online growth across Shopify, marketplaces, customer experience, operations, and marketing initiatives.

This is a broad and dynamic SME role with exposure across multiple parts of the business. You will work closely with the founder and operations team to help improve processes, support growth initiatives, and contribute to the day-to-day running of the business.

Key Responsibilities:
. Support and manage e-commerce operations across Shopify and online marketplaces such as Shopee and Lazada
. Coordinate product listings, website updates, promotions, and online content
. Support customer service across online platforms and ensure a smooth customer experience
. Work closely with operations to help maintain accurate systems, stock levels, and operational workflows
. Support marketing initiatives including social media content, campaigns, and website improvements
. Monitor e-commerce, AI, and consumer trends, as well as competitor activity, to identify growth opportunities
. Explore and implement AI tools and automation to improve productivity and workflows
. Support sales initiatives and contribute ideas to improve commercial performance and business operations

Requirements:
. At least 2 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or a related field
. Hands-on experience with Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, or other e-commerce platforms is preferred
. Strong communication and organisational skills
. Comfortable working in a fast-paced SME environment with broad responsibilities
. Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
. Interest in AI tools, automation, and digital trends is a plus
. Applicants must already have the legal right to work in Singapore, as we are currently unable to sponsor new work passes

. SGD 3,200 - 3,800 depending on experience and fit
