E-Commerce Sales Executive (Lazada, Shopee, TikTok)

Salary: $3200
Work Days: 5.5 Days
Work Location: West (near Clementi MRT Station)

Responsibilities:
. Manage online sales on Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop.
. Monitor performance and improve conversion.
. Execute promotions, campaigns and pricing.
. Maintain product listings, pricing and stock accuracy.
. Process orders and coordinate deliveries.
. Handle customer enquiries and after-sales issues.
. Prepare basic sales reports and track performance.

Requirements:
. Diploma in Business or Marketing
. 2 to 3 years of E-cCmmerce experience
. Proficient in Microsoft Excel for sales reporting
. Familiar with Shopee, Lazada, TikTok or similar platforms
. Experience with online platform ads
. Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
. Singaporean only need apply
