E-COMMERCE EXECUTIVE

Nature of Business: Online retail of pet products

Location: 3 Upper Aljunied Link

Key Responsibilities:

. Oversee e-commerce platforms daily operations including order handling, payments and shipping, update product listings, descriptions, images and stock levels.

. Ensure all product information is accurate, clear, and engaging.

. Handle customer inquiries and complaints and providing prompt solutions.

. Ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction on all transactions.

. Coordinate with the inventory team to ensure products are in stock and available for sale.

. Monitor product performance and liaise with the procurement team to maintain optimal stock levels.

Qualifications & Skills:

. At least 1 year of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or online retail.

. Knowledge of e-commerce platforms digital marketing tools and techniques

. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.

. Well organized, possess high sense of responsibility, and positive working attitude

. Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional team

Remuneration & Benefits:

. Basic salary from $2200 to $3000 depending on qualification

Working Schedule:

. 5.5-day work week

. Working Hours: Mon - Fri 07:00 am to 04:00 pm, Sat 08:00 to 12:00nn
