Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to manage and grow our online business. In this role, you will oversee our digital storefronts, enhance customer experience, and drive online sales through data-driven strategies and creative campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Digital Storefront Management: Manage and update product listings, pricing, and inventory across our website and online marketplaces.
- Campaign & Promotion Execution: Plan and launch online marketing campaigns, promotions, and product releases.
- Order Fulfilment Oversight: Monitor daily orders to ensure smooth processing and excellent customer service.
- Analytics & Optimisation: Analyse sales data, website traffic, and customer insights to improve conversion and retention.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, and design teams to deliver seamless online experiences.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay up to date with e-commerce trends and propose initiatives to boost revenue and brand presence.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related field.
- 1-2 years of e-commerce or digital marketing experience (F&B/retail background is a plus).
- Strong understanding of platforms such as Shopify, Lazada, or Shopee.
- Proficient in MS Office with basic knowledge of SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, or Meta Ads preferred.
- Meticulous, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
