Job Title: E-Commerce Assistant
Salary: SGD 2,200 - 2,500 per month (with sales target incentive)

About Us
We are a growing company specializing in personal mobility devices, bicycles, and accessories. Our brands are distributed across multiple online platforms including Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and our own website. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented E-Commerce Assistant to support our expanding online business.
Responsibilities
- Arrange, update, and maintain product listings across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and company website.
- Ensure all items are displayed properly with accurate descriptions, photos, and pricing.
- Monitor and control product quantities across platforms to avoid overselling/underselling.
- Create and edit product visuals (photos, videos, Canva graphics) for listings and promotions.
- Generate weekly and monthly online sales reports.
- Assist in online promotions, campaigns, and marketing activities.
- Work closely with the sales and operations team to achieve sales targets.
Requirements
- Experience in e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Shopify/website backend).
- Basic skills in Canva, photo editing, and video editing.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and proactive attitude.
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
