Role Summary
We are an Audio Visual (AV) rental and event production company supporting corporate events, exhibitions, and productions across Singapore.
We are looking for a reliable and hands-on Driver / AV Technician (Events & Operations) to support the delivery, setup, and collection of audiovisual equipment.
This is a physically active, fast-paced role combining driving, equipment handling, and on-site event support.
This role is best suited for individuals looking for a stable, long-term position where they can steadily build skills in AV operations.
Key Responsibilities
Driving & Delivery
- Transport AV equipment safely and punctually to event venues and client sites
- Load and unload equipment carefully to prevent damage
- Follow delivery schedules and timelines
- Check equipment before departure and upon return
- Maintain cleanliness and basic care of company vehicles
AV Setup & On-Site Support
- Assist with setup, testing, and teardown of AV equipment
- Set up equipment such as TVs, speakers, microphones, and lighting
- Lay cables neatly and safely during setups
- Support basic troubleshooting when required
- Follow instructions from team leads and project managers
Warehouse & Preparation
- Assist with equipment preparation before jobs
- Check returned items for completeness, damage, or faults
- Help clean, pack, test, and organise equipment
General Operations
- Follow SOPs and safety practices
- Communicate clearly with the operations team
- Report issues observed during jobs
Requirements
- Valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence
- Comfortable driving vans for equipment deployment
- Physically fit and able to carry and move equipment
- Able to work under time pressure and meet operational timelines
- Able to follow instructions accurately
- Responsible, punctual, and dependable
- Willing to work evenings, weekends, and varying schedules
Preferred (Not Mandatory)
- Experience in events, logistics, or hands-on roles
- Basic familiarity with AV equipment
