About the Role
We are an Audio Visual (AV) rental and event production company supporting corporate events, exhibitions, webcasts, and live productions across Singapore.
We are looking for a dependable AV Technician who already has hands-on experience and is ready to take on more responsibility in event setup and live operations.
This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment, suited for individuals who are comfortable working with technical equipment and supporting live event operations.
Key Responsibilities
Warehouse & Preparation
- Prepare equipment based on job sheets and packing lists
- Test, clean, label, pack, and stage AV equipment before deployment
- Ensure cables, accessories, adapters, stands, and power distribution are complete
- Report missing, damaged, or faulty equipment
- Support stock organisation, return checks, and equipment maintenance
Delivery & Logistics Support
- Load and unload AV equipment safely and efficiently
- Assist with packing vehicles to improve deployment efficiency
- Support delivery, collection, and logistics coordination
- Follow proper handling procedures for AV equipment
On-Site Setup & Operations
- Assist in setup, testing, and teardown of AV systems
- Set up equipment such as displays, projectors, audio systems, microphones, lighting, and video systems
- Run cables neatly and safely
- Perform basic troubleshooting during setup and event operation
- Follow instructions from team leads, engineers, and project managers
Event Execution
- Support live event operations on-site
- Assist with equipment changes and troubleshooting during events
- Maintain professional conduct with clients and venue staff
- Respond calmly under time pressure and changing event requirements
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in AV, events, staging, production, or technical support is preferred. Suitable for candidates ready to take on more responsibility
- Able to perform manual handling tasks, including lifting and moving equipment
- Willing to work evenings, weekends, and varying schedules when required
- Able to work both in a warehouse and at event sites
- Responsible, punctual, and able to follow instructions
- Able to work in a team and in a fast-paced environment
Technical Skills (Required)
- Basic knowledge of audio, video, and signal flow
- Familiarity with AV connections such as XLR, HDMI, SDI, CAT6, and power distribution
- Experience supporting corporate events, exhibitions, or live shows
- Experience handling AV equipment such as TVs, projectors, wireless microphones, mixers, speakers, or LED wall systems
- Ability to troubleshoot simple signal or connectivity issues
- Comfortable using ladders, tools, and flight cases safely
Professionalism & Discipline
- Maintain punctuality and handle equipment carefully during all operations
- Follow safe work practices during loading, setup, and teardown
- Keep work areas and cable runs neat and safe

- 5.5-day work week
