Driver and Storeman (Class 3 Licence Required)
Applicant will be responsible for being both the driver and the storeman.
Driving Responsibilities
- Safely operate a lorry or van to transport goods and materials
- Load and unload goods or materials in a safe and efficient manner
- Able to use reach trucks and forklifts
- Plan and follow the most efficient routes for deliveries and pickups.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including times, routes, and any issues encountered.
- Communicate effectively with the team regarding any delays, accidents, or other issues.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, regulations, and company policies and procedures.
- Ensure timely and safe delivery of goods.
Storeman Responsibilities
- Able to use reach trucks and forklifts
- To pack and record incoming and outgoing goods as instructed
- Communicate effectively with the team regarding the inventory and tooling statuses
- Ensure that the workshop and inventory is tidy at all times
- Ensure proper housekeeping in the workshop at all times
Requirements:
- Singapore Class 3 driving license or higher.
- Physically fit and able to lift and carry heavy loads when necessary.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Punctual, reliable, and able to work independently.
- Singaporean or SPR welcome
