Job Description

Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods
Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records in the warehouse management system (WMS)
Conduct regular stock checks, cycle counts, and audits to ensure inventory accuracy
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
Support the implementation of warehouse policies and procedures
Liaise with procurement, logistics, and production teams to ensure smooth supply chain operations
Maintain proper documentation for inbound and outbound shipments
Train and supervise warehouse staff, including assigning tasks and monitoring performance
Operate and maintain warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reduction in warehouse operations
Handle customer or internal queries related to stock availability and dispatch timelines
