Location: Sungei Kadut, Singapore
Working Hours: 5-day week (Mon-Fri), 8.30am - 5.00pm
Salary: $3,000+ (commensurate with experience)

Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Draughtsman / AutoCAD Drafter to support project and engineering teams in producing accurate technical and shop drawings for construction-related works. The role involves close coordination with site teams to ensure drawings are aligned with project requirements and execution standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed shop drawings using AutoCAD
• Produce cutting lists and material take-offs
• Revise drawings based on site and project requirements
• Support project team in technical documentation and coordination
• Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications
• Liaise with engineers, project managers, and site personnel

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related discipline
• 1-2 years of relevant drafting experience
• Proficient in AutoCAD (Revit is an advantage)
• Experience in construction, façade, stone, or interior finishing works preferred
• Able to read and interpret technical drawings
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently
