DRAFTER

Produce detailed shop drawings for civil/structural elements, including rebar, road & drainage, earthworks, formwork, and ERSS.

Generate comprehensive drawing sets, including plans, profiles, and cross-sections.

Ensure all drawings adhere to project specifications and relevant industry codes and standards.

Manage drawing records, revisions, and filing systems to ensure version control and organization.

Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders to clarify details and resolve design issues.

Prepare and revise accurate technical drawings based on sketches, markups, and verbal instructions from the design team.

Provide support in developing simple design details and solutions as required.

Requirements:

At least a Diploma in Civil/Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

2-3 years of direct experience in Civil and Structural (C&S) drafting or design.

Proficient in AutoCAD, experience with other relevant drafting software is required.

Working knowledge of local regulatory codes and standards (e.g., BCA, URA, LTA, PUB, SCDF).

Familiarity with BIM execution plans and coordination processes is a strong advantage.
