Job Description
- Prepare 2D/3D concept, schematic, detailed shop drawings using AutoCAD/Revit/BIM
- Work according to project schedule
- Meticulously check all drawings before submission
- Maintain, update and edit drawing sets according to feedback from consultant/client
- Drawings logs and relevant documents has to be updated, maintained and filed in server
- Ensure dimensions of fitments / fixtures/ materials/ equipment drawn will fit and feedback if there is mismatch
- Liaise with designers and other stakeholders to capture approved design changes
- Assist to oversee project from start to finish
- Generating proper and professional paper works related to running projects eg. Schedules, progress updates, BOQ, material list etc and filed in server
- Ensure that construction activities progress according to site schedule and design intention
- Communicate effectively with the contractors responsible for completing various phases of the project
- Monitor the progress of the construction activities on a regular basis and hold regular status meeting with all the sub-teams
- Serve as a link with the clients with Project manager
- Review the deliverables prepared by the team
- Any other duties assigned by supervisor / Project Manager
- Candidate must possess a Specialist Diploma in Construction Productivity awarded by BCA Academy
