Job Description
- Perform quantity take-off and cost estimation, tender documents, and bills of Quantities for M&E works.
- Prepare progress claims, variation orders (VO), and final accounts
- Coordinate drawings with Client teams
- Revise drawings based on engineer/consultant comments
- Ensure drawings comply with Singapore standards and authority requirements
- Maintain drawing records and version control
- Prepare and update M&E drawings (AutoCAD/Revit)
- Assist project team in coordination and documentation
- Support site progress tracking and variation claims
