We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Drafter (M&E) to join our client's team, a leading engineering organisation based in Science Park.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and update ACMV shop drawings, detail drawings, and as-built drawings using AutoCAD and Revit software
- Maintain and update drawings as required, incorporating corrections as directed by superiors
- Produce accurate, quality drawings independently with self-review prior to submission
- Coordinate with Designers and Site Engineers on drawing details and all necessary sketches as requested
- Maintain drawing records and reports
- Prepare BIM MEP modelling and liaise with the BIM Coordinator to meet project requirements
Requirements:
- Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering, or a Professional Certificate / NITEC or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
- Solid knowledge in building services, especially ducting, piping, and related systems for industrial and commercial developments
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in BIM (Revit) and AutoCAD (2D & 3D)
- Able to meet tight drawing schedules and work effectively as part of a team

Monthly Salary: S$3,000 - S$4,000 (inclusive of Transport / Site Allowance)
Overtime Pay: Applicable

Working Location: Science Park (Office)
Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 8:30am - 5:30pm | Sat, 8:30am - 12:30pm
Annual Leave: 12 days
