DRAFTER

. Responsible for production of construction details shop drawings
. In charge of all drawing construction development required by the project for submission
. Prepares drawings accurately from oral instructions, rough sketches and notes, calculations, dimensions for
construction or building works
. Maintains, updates and makes amendments to drawings as and when needed
. Performs site checking to ensure properly and accurately dimension and details for fabrication/construction
. Analyses and interprets changes to construction drawings
. Ensures the drawings are comply with specifications and company standards
. Requires the knowledge and understanding of the project scope and requirements for the preparation and
detailed shop drawings
. Ensures the proper indexing, filing and storage of drawings in both hardcopy and electronic media
. Manages and draws multiple projects drawings concurrently and accurately in time
. Prepares documents and transmittal form for submissions
. Consults with key personnel in the project on necessary details in the preparation of drawings
. Studies drawings and other pertinent papers in preparation for drawings to specification.
. Ensures that all materials are detailed and accounted for in construction architectural drawings
. Liaise with Project Managers and Engineers for drawings and submission approval
. Any other duties as may be assigned.

Job Requirements:

. Candidate must possess relevant BIM modelling experience with AutoCad or relevant software
. A minimum of 3 year's experience in construction industry drafting is required.
. Good interpersonal, communication skills.
