Analyze project specifications, quantify materials and resources required, and prepare detailed cost estimates.
Develop budgets, considering factors such as labor, materials, equipment, and contingencies
Obtaining quotations, liaising and negotiate with sub-contractors and suppliers
Responsible for measuring quantities and taking off
Prepare Variation Orders, claims, final accounts, settlement and sub-contractor payments
Prepare tendering works for submission
Job Requirements:
NITEC/Higher NITEC in Mechanical or related field
2 years as autocad drafter is an advantage
Able to work independently, be meticulous, analytical with excellent problem-solving skills, proactive, a good team player & able to meet tight deadlines
Having a good communication and negotiation skills with attention to details character
