KeyResponsibilities

• Prepare and develop detailed Structural (RC, CBP), Architectural, and M&E drawings for submissions and construction.
• Lead the development and coordination of Combined Services Drawings (CSD) to ensure clash-free integration across all disciplines.
• Collaborate closely with consultants, engineers, and internal teams to align drawings with design intent and project specifications.
• Review and verify drawings to ensure accuracy, completeness, and buildability prior to submission or issuance.
• Ensure compliance with company standards in quality, safety, and environmental requirements.
• Maintain proper document control, including tracking of revisions, submissions, and approvals.

Requirements

• Proficient in AutoCAD working knowledge of BIM tools (e.g. Revit) is an advantage.
• Good understanding of multi-disciplinary coordination (Structural, Architectural, M&E).
• Familiar with Singapore codes, authority submission requirements, and construction practices.
• Strong attention to detail with good coordination and documentation skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced project environment.
