Drafter (Civil & Structural)

We are an established Civil & Structural Engineering consultancy involved in Good Class Bungalows projects. We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Drafter to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare civil & structural drawings, plans, and details based on engineers instructions

• Amend and update drawings according to design changes and authority/consultant comments

• Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and drafting standards

• Coordinate with engineers and project team to meet submission deadlines

• Maintain proper documentation and drawing records
  
  Requirements

• Diploma / ITE / Technical Certificate in Civil Engineering, Drafting, or related field

• Proficient in AutoCAD (knowledge of BIM / Revit will be an advantage)

• Minimum 1-3 years of relevant C&S drafting experience (preferred)

• Familiar with building structure drawings and detailing

• Careful, organized, and able to work independently

• Good teamwork and communication skills
