- Prepare detailed construction drawings including shop drawings, RC shop drawings, reinforcement layouts, excavation plans, and structural steel detailing based on approved designs and instructions.
- Develop and update 2D AutoCAD drawings to support project planning, site execution, and documentation.
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, and project teams to ensure drawings are aligned with design requirements and project specifications.
- Maintain drawing records, manage revisions, and prepare submission packages for internal review and external authorities.
- Ensure all drawings comply with relevant Singapore regulatory requirements and standards.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of drafting experience in the Construction/Engineering sector.
- Proficient in AutoCAD good knowledge of Revit or BIM software.
- Familiar with local construction codes, standards, and drafting practices.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple drawing tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Good communication skills and able to collaborate with engineers, project managers, and subcontractors.
