Job Description

Duties:

  • Set up and manage documentation systems and control processes for projects.
  • Maintain accurate version control and status tracking in the document management system.
  • Prepare and update project document lists; monitor and report progress.
  • Ensure proper review, numbering, distribution, filing, and registration of documents.
  • Communicate deadlines and coordinate document delivery with project teams.
  • Archive final documents internally or externally.
  • Provide guidance and coaching on documentation control practices.
  • Contribute to process improvements and system efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in documentation or project support roles.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Team player with a proactive mindset.
