The Document Controller is responsible for managing various aspects of document control, including document archiving and document imaging.
A summary of the responsibilities of this position are, and not limited to, as follows:
- Create and maintain a filing system that supports efficient information management
- Sends and receives documents from external stakeholders, prepares and edits paperwork for contract agreements
- Ensures all documentation activities are adhering to legal compliances
- Conducts regular review audits to ensure information on all records is accurate and up to date
- Prepare Request for inspection for civil/construction activities on daily basis
- Liaise with QPS team on site.
Skills & Requirements
- Education: Diploma in Civil Engineering or related disciplines
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in Construction
- Possess technical background/ knowledge of Construction
- Ability to read drawings
- Possess good interpersonal skills
