Manage and control project documentation, including drawings, contracts, reports, and site-related records, ensuring accuracy, quality, and compliance with company standards.
Assist the production team and senior document controller in the submission and tracking of documents through Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD) platforms.
Maintain up-to-date records in document management systems such as Novade, Autodesk ACC, Fulcrum, ACONEX, or other equivalent platforms.
Ensure timely distribution of documents to relevant project stakeholders and maintain document logs for easy retrieval.
Monitor document workflows and follow up on outstanding submissions to meet project timelines.
Support project teams in compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements for documentation.
Perform other ad hoc administrative and coordination duties assigned by supervisors.
Job Requirements:
Possess a Diploma or Degree in Construction, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
Knowledge or experience in Digital Construction and use of IDD platforms (e.g., Novade, Autodesk ACC, Fulcrum, ACONEX) will be an added advantage.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply or candidates with 1-2 years of relevant experience in the construction industry are encouraged to apply.
Strong understanding of costing, contract documentation, and administration processes.
Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
