JOB SUMMARY:
- Dispatch of drawings.
- Prepare and maintain document control and filing system for drawings.
- Report creation for construction manager.
- Date entry tasks.
- Maintain in-house project management system by keeping electronic records of incoming and outgoing documents.
- Liaise with residents/owners, town councils, HDB, consultants & subcontractors.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACTIVITIES:
- Visit owners/residents and arrange defective works to be rectified.
- Keep documentation record of the requests or complaint from the public.
- Disseminate information and handle complaints/feedbacks from public.
- Ensure project drawing, requisition and document transmittal files are maintained and compiled.
- Perform other duties or tasks as assigned by Senior Project Manager/Project Manager.
