Job Responsibilities:
- Set up and manage a system for organizing project documents (drawings, contracts, reports, etc.).
- Ensure documents are stored, retrieved, and updated accurately.
- Track document changes and distribute them to the right people.
- Keep records of documents sent and received.
- Help project teams with document-related questions and compliance.
- Follow rules for document control, confidentiality, and version management.
Job Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a Document Controller.
- Knowledge of document control best practices.
- Familiarity with electronic document management systems.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
